360 Brake - On the Wheel 360 Brake - Disected

    360 BRAKE

  • It looks like you’re riding with no brake at all.
  • Let’s you show off your expensive wheels.
  • The unit is designed for 1" and 3/4" axles.
  • They work with most standard master cylinders (minimum 9/16th for a single brake or 11/16th for a dual brake installation).
  • They work with most standard brake lines (longer lines could be required to reach the brake in some instances)
  • The 360 Brake System utilizes a circular piston and pads activated by hydraulic pressure to deliver 360 degrees of braking power to the rotor.
  • The new rotor, which is grooved and vented, together with the brake hat's newly designed venting system, effectively eliminates dust build up while providing superior airflow to the brake.
  • The 360 Brake System performs extremely well. It was tested in controlled conditions against a rigorous testing protocol based on the FM VSS 122 DOT test, and in some instances exceeded the protocol by well over 100%!
  • With a conventional single rotor you get pull to either the left or right depending on the side it is on (gyroscopic effect). With our brake, pressure is applied evenly all the way around the axle and nearly eliminates this gyroscopic push.
  • Instead of lifting all the weight off the back tire, due to the shift of bike weight common in current braking systems, the 360 Brake creates more down force and keeps better traction on the road. (In the typical brake set-up, the position of the caliper and distance from the axle center of rotation actually creates a “lever arm” affect that causes the feeling of being catapulted over the handle bars when the brakes are applied quickly, as in a panic stop.)
